Here is solution worked for me. provide relevant/correct db credentials and ip address. ex :

DB URL : jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/voicedb
username : voice
password : voice

cmd :  git remote rm origin

2. now add the origin

2. Now check origin.

cmd : git remote show origin
