possible solution : 

1. uninstall existing python 

cmd :  pip unistall twitter

install : pip install python-twitter.

api = twitter.Api() AttributeError:

api = twitter.Api() AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Api

possible solution : reastart the app.
